I'm not going to lie I don't love gym/strength training and more a pilates/yoga person and I'm not very fit/strong but as we get older were told to do it more and this is the first time I have looked forward to going. If you're nervous at all don't be Alex is amazing and the other ladies I met were so encouraging and welcoming a really lovely community where people care. Not only that Alex is lovely person inside and out. I am moving away and I am gutted I won't be able to keep going. Thanks Alex!

Alex is brilliant to work with and a lovely person. I hadn't been to a PT before and she really took the time to listen to my aims and put me at ease. She is highly knowledgeable and really passionate about what she does and the sessions were always varied and tailored to how I was doing that week. We started by getting the foundations and have gradually built in more reps and intensity. She's also great at checking in between sessions and providing home routines as well as other helpful info. Thanks so much Alex, I will be recommending you!!

Alex has been great, helping me to build strength and fitness whilst training at unite doing 1:1 PT sessions over the past year and a half. She always encourages and inspires you to get to your goals, as well as improving your general health and wellbeing. She also gave me tips for home workouts to do without the gym to help me with running, before doing my first 10k race. Thanks for all your help, Alex! :)

Her classes are accessible for both beginners and those who have been participating in Animal Flow a bit longer. We work on foundational movements every week, but also get the opportunity to build and learn new flows. She also runs AF Masterclasses, which I have attended and, again, can only recommend to those who want to incorporate or build foundational knowledge around Animal Flow movement practice."
