Where are you based? 

Activ Scotland is a private facility located in the heart of Glasgow City. Roughly 7 minutes walk from Central Station.

Are you first aid qualified and insured?

Yes I hold an updated first aid at work and I am insured through Insure4Sport. 

Do you provide Personal Training/Small Group Training?

Yes I offer 1:2:1, 2:2:1 and small group personal training. For information on how to sign up and join the waitlist please get in touch.

Can I get stronger by using my bodyweight at home if I don’t have access to a gym?

Yes, although having access to a gym can be useful, it isn't necessary if you have some kit at home and are ready to get started. 

What are your sessions like?

The first part of your session will consist of a dynamic mobility warm-up to set up your mind and body. For the next 40-45 minutes, we will work through full-body strength exercises and may also focus on some more mobility-specific exercises tailored to your needs. 

Do you offer Remote/Online Personal Training?

Yes, check out our services for a detailed explanation and enquire to book your consultation. 

Can you help me with my nutrition and macros? 

Yes, I have a broad knowledge of nutrition and can help you to some extent, but I am not a registered dietician. Instead, I help my clients examine what they are already eating and encourage them to make healthy changes in their diet at their own discretion. 

I’m interested in Animal Flow. Can you tell me more?

Animal Flow is a ground-based movement that improves your bodyweight strength, mobility, and flexibility. If you are interested in learning more, check out @animalflowofficial
